Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe import a large share of their finished goods, building materials, machinery, equipment and consumer products from it. A business in Gaborone, Windhoek, Lusaka or Harare - or a farmer outside Maun - often knows the product is in South Africa and still has no easy way to find the right supplier, confirm stock, agree terms, pay and have it delivered.
