Marketplace Charter
One Set of Rules, Signed by Both Sides.
Every buyer and every supplier on Musika signs this Charter before anything is posted, quoted or ordered. It is short, and it binds both sides the same way.
Why the Charter Exists
Every buyer, supplier, partner and agent on Musika signs this Charter. It sets one set of rules for the marketplace, so every party trades on the same terms.
Trade Honestly
State requirements, stock, capacity and credentials truthfully. Quote what you can deliver, and deliver what you quoted.
Keep the Trade on Musika
Transactions introduced through Musika - and their repeats - stay on Musika. Parties do not bypass the trade desk to deal directly with a counterparty Musika introduced.
Pay Through the Platform
All payments run through the payment environment confirmed for the order, under its reference. No party collects money outside it.
Respect the Quotation
The accepted quotation is the deal: goods, price, logistics, lead time and terms. Changes are agreed in writing through the trade desk.
Suppliers
Suppliers pay a nominal registration fee and 3% of each transaction, hold their quotations for their validity, report shortages at once and never substitute without written agreement.
Agents
Agents bring genuine requirements with the buyer's permission, quote their agent reference, promise nothing the desk has not confirmed, and earn the commission agreed in writing - 1% to 20% - once the order is paid and delivered.
Partners
Financial, operational, logistics and media partners act within their agreed scope and authorisation, protect Musika data and use their badge only as issued.
Confidentiality
Trade-floor posts are anonymous. Information shared through Musika is used only for the transaction it was shared for.
Badges
Badges are earned through checks, carried within scope and can be suspended or withdrawn when the Charter is broken.
Disputes
Raise a dispute with the trade desk under the order reference. The desk gathers the evidence, involves the parties and records the outcome. Unresolved disputes follow the Terms.
Suspension
Musika may suspend or remove any buyer, supplier, partner or agent who breaks this Charter.
Effective 4 October 2026.
